Terrain Emirah Property Advisory has been operating in the Cypriot Market since 2008. It was founded by Emily Papapetrou, a UK qualified Chartered Surveyor. She held director positions with leading firms CBRE, DTZ and Matthews & Goodman.

Emily operated in the UK and international markets for approximately 10 years, completing high profile instructions in Central London, Western and Eastern Europe, India, Kazakhstan, the Balkans and many other locations.

In Cyprus, Terrain Emirah offers property services to all the major banking institutions, the British Ministry of Defense (British Bases), private clients and construction companies.
